When making an xnox live account (1 ffom an offline account ontthe xbox 360. in the last step i get the message "this action cannot be performed at this time". I tried it 3 times at differenttimes

When I try to Recover the account it says Hello , downloading your account. But then:

"Cant perform Action, There was a problem performing that action"

pops up
