    this account not allowed to play on x box live ?


    I have an x box live account but when i try to play COD2 online i get a message saying the -- " the current profile is not allowed to play x box live"

    Does anyone know what this means ? I only just set the account up - do I have to wait ? Do I need another kind of account ?

    we just purchased x box live for 10 year old but on trying to play the message " the current profile is not allowed to play on x box live". Anyone know how we get past this?do we need to adjust his profile and if so how? Any help appreciated?

    Call of Duty Black Ops

    My son has just joined the x box live community, and is trying to play COD Zombies live. He keeps getting a message box saying "The current profile is not allowed to play on X box live" Please help!! I am just a mum trying to help, a bit of a 'noob'!!

    Black ops 2 issue.

    Wanting to play black ops 2 team death match, but when clicking onto x box live a message comes up saying "this profile is not allowed to play on x box live" seems to be no issue with black ops 4 or any other game. Any ideas?
    This issue may be connected to your age (account BOD), because some Activision games are checking age.

    There could be a couple of reasons. If you purchased the gold on the website, you may need to try testing the connection or recovering the acccount to the console will recognize the gold.

    Or it could depend on the game. EA has age restriction in place that will not allow anyone under 13 to play online in their games.
