    When you try to download the game PAYDAY 2 in response I see "this account not allowed to download games with this rating. I am 30 years old. Me something more in this life! Are now outside the house and no operations console can not do it!

    Downloading demos in the marketplace

    I'm trying to download the Devil May Cry demo on the marketplace but everytime I click download it insteads tells me "this account is not permitted to download content with this rating" even though I have already allowed all game ratings in my family security
    settings.

    **can't download M rated games**

    Every time i try to download an M rated game, it says, "this account is not permitted to download content with this rating." I even have explicit content allowed, with the Adult safetly setting selected. if someone can help me to let me download this, that
    would be greatly appreciated,

    you should be allowed to download M rated games and add on content as long as the parental controls allow it, but what you cannot download on a child account is demos for M rated or RP (ratings pending) games or videos.

    you should be allowed to download M rated games and add on content but you cannot download videos or demos for anything rated M or RP (ratings pending) unless you are on an adult account (even if you have the parental controls to allow it).

    it is because you have to be 18 in order to download any M rated content parental controls should allow you to download M rated games and ad on content but it will NOT allow you to download any videos or demos for M or RP (ratings pending) content unless
    the adult is over 18 and promoted to an adult account sorry.

    You may have set the account to a childs account ,which will not allow the downloading of a mature rated game.

    it could also be a gold only demo,which would not allow a silver member to download it.
