Third time posting: Didn't receive my credits for voyager mission

I've posted this issue multiple times and haven't received an answer.

I completed the voyager mission last month, but was only credited for the first part. Buying Prey. The achievements didn't register nor did the completion of the mission.

I'm missing 5000 rewards credits.

Also the VIP 10% for last month never got deposited as well.

Could you please check this out?

Hi ladies and gentlemen of support,

I've done the voyager mission. I've bought prey ,wich I got credits for, but the mission itself isn't updating. Because of that the next part, the achievements, aren't updating wich isn't giving me the next credits I'm entitled to. Could you somehow manually
update my page or credits so that everything is awarded and the mission is complete?

This is an Xbox Rewards issue so this is the correct forum.

 

Please stop responding if you aren't helping my case. I already read enough bad info and need the support from here helping me out

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support.

 

It's an Xbox rewards issue, not MS... Is reading or any knowledge not important anymore as an ambassador?

Any updates yet on the points and the deposit? The Xbox rewards site is no longer reachable in Belgium now since closure of the program 15th of july.

Is there a possibility to keep me somewhat posted?
