    Third Time Communication Ban


    Hello Microsoft/Xbox,

    This is unfortunately the third time that i'm getting banned from Xbox Live (communication ban), I know what this is and I accept this but my question is:

    Will I ever get an unban? If so, for how long will this (3rd) communication ban/suspension take since the first one was for one week and the second one for 2 weeks.

    I think it will last for a month but i'm not 100% sure, can I have a confirmation? Please.

    Another Ban

    Got my third communication ban from my friends reporting me, and every time I report them with the comment "False Reporting" and still nothing...... still waiting

    Banning system

    A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

    First is 24 hours.

    Seconds is a week

    Third is 2 weeks.

    Unless its changed recently.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You would need to go the enforcement site
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/home     to find out details of any ban or suspension on an account & to file for a case review if eligible.

    A parent would need to do this if you are on a child account.
