Discus and support Third time and still no keys!!!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have done power card in France several times.     Third time and still no keys!!!!!


    I have done power card in France several times. Once for 100 keys I never got and twice for 40 I never got. I have NEVER gotten keys that I worked to get. What is up with this????? I have stopped playing the power card now because I see no point in wasting
    coins to try to earn what I have never gotten. This is really frustrating as I do enjoy the game.

    Still no achievement KEYS

    This is the third time I have been waiting to receive my 100 Keys for power bingos and nothing! What is going on? Is this only a me problem or do other people earn these keys and not get them? Very frustrating and I am about ready to stop playing the
    game altogether. I will never use the Power Card again; that is for sure!

    Tired of no support on here

    I have tried to get Microsoft to fix there social so that we could get our KEYS AND POWER UPS but still no good.... Every time I try it knocks me out of the game...

    How do you get the power ups and keys??????????????????

    Same here. I was supposed to receive 100 keys twice and 40 once. NEVER GOT THE KEYS!!!

    Have you checked under the "Social" tile? This is where I found mine. The "Social" tile is where you can gift keys and power-ups, and seems to be where the power card rewards get sent.

    Hi Josef,

    in my MS account order history there is only the in-game purchase displayed. I bought the key at a third party and activated it on my account if I recall correctly. I still have the key. Does this help to solve the problem?
