Third suspension for repealing

I was wrongly suspended three times in a row, the first two were warranted, but it's not logical to suspend a person a third time for simply sending in a repeal or case review. Why would I want to repeal in the first place if things
like this can happen, this is a form of bullying & should not even be tolerated in the xblpet way of doing things. I strongly disagree with this suspension. Also topping bans on one another ruins the timespan & plans for said player. Why not just suspend once
Instead of 3 whole times in 1-2 days. Anyways my only real problem is the suspension I received for simply sending in a case review, for a whole 100 days. Thanks in advance, hopefully I get a reply back soon.

Xbox live ban stepping on 5th amendment rights?

Any questions you have about any suspensions you're going through should probably be addressed to Enforcement.xbox.com and not the Battlefield 1 game forum, at the enforcement website you can see why the ban was put down and any options you have for repealing
it.

Unbanning?

When you agree to be a part of the Xbox LIVE community you agree to the Terms of Use/Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct. It states actions prohibited (including soliciting) are prohibited.

•Xbox Support cannot undo an Xbox LIVE suspension or console ban.

•Xbox LIVE console suspensions may also include permanent suspensions of Xbox LIVE accounts.

You wont ever be suspended just for filing a case review.

Violations of the ToU/CoC are treated separately & issued separate punishments so it seems that while investigating your case review the enforcement team probably found another violation of the ToU/CoC..

As the enforcement team don't use the forums there's nothing anyone here can do other than point you to the enforcement site here for details on your suspension & file for a case review if
eligible.

i was told to come here by Xbox support & they would email or reply back. Guess that was another lie. Is there a forum, email, or anywhere else they can be reached. My third suspension won't show on the page that shows suspension history. I did get suspended
for repealing as it didn't happen until I repealed & I guarantee it wouldn't have if i never repealed. If you can link me to somewhere useful that would be nice.

Nope you only have one option and that's the enforcement page

Only support uses forums

Everything would be moderated to prevent spam questions if enforcenent was here

Its not bullying that's the issue here

This is what you don't get.

It doesn't matter what the other person does

It is YOUR actions that warrant punishment and does not make you immune to the rules

You are not allowed to retailiate in anyway

You report mute and block that's it

Any police officer or school teacher can tell you this common man use common sense

It doesn't matter who starts the fight anyone who breaks the rules will be punished if reported

This is a lesson you should've already learned in life (earned me a detention in highschool for stepping in to stop a fight lol)

Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to Enforcement website<https://enforcement.xbox.com/>.If
the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can file a case review. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.

Case Review Procedure
