Third step western rewards not updated

I have to follow up on this issue.

Before the end of March you told me on the previous post there have been a delay on Microsoft servers. Now the mission is over and I can't verify anymore if the credits will be deposited or not.

Is there still a chance to receive the missing 9.000 credits?

    Thank you

    :)

Hi Reds190. There is currently a delay in tracking Achievements earned. This will update as soon as we receive the correct data from the Microsoft servers. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    Hello Reds190,

Apologies for the inconvenience. We recently resolved the issue we were experiencing with achievements, and those offers are beginning to complete. We see that your achievements have been processed, and are currently being awarded. You should see these appear
shortly. Once these are awarded, our system will then need time to process that all the offers are now complete before it will award the bonus, so there may be a day or so delay between the awarding of the achievements and the bonus completion.

Saints Row The Third is a step backwards.

Thanks for replying, DeathsHead200, that's totally cool of you. Some things I'd like to say...

I've always liked the replay stuff, but that's just me. Mainly, I like coming at a mission with new homies that I didn't have access to before.... makes it a different experience all the time. I also like changing my outfts to look goofy or extra cool in
    each cutscene.

I have found out from V-Singular over at Saintsrow.com that as of right now mission/cutscene replay will NOT be added to the game. So as much as I and others may miss it, it won't be there. I guess we just need to deal...

I do admit that I agree with you on the whole customization thing. Has it been cut back? It some ways yes, and in certain situations by several degrees. I've been looking at other sites besides this one (Saintsrow.com, etc) and it does seem as if people
feel that the game can't be played AT ALL with its current level of customization. I mean, there are seven voices, 200+ types of clothes, and yes, as you said, the facial creation mechanics were great. I wish the body could be improved a bit (the whole 'squared
shoulders thing is meh). I think the main reason was so that clothes flowed better on your character, but I could be wrong.

I need to admit that I've never played Mass Effect 2 and no next to nothing about what the customization gripes were in that game, but I think I understand what your saying.

I love your description of the improved driving mechanics, especially the firing at pursuers. I agree.

I LOVED your whole mascots are evil thing! I laughed when I read they need to be killed in the most gruesome and invasive ways. Hah! That's great! If you can believe it, the killing 200 mascots was one of the first things I achieved in the game. I'm glad
someone else sees them as evil, too.

As for the NPCs/Homies/gang members, I'm the type of player where I don't like to leave anyone behind if I can help (do I ever? yes if the heat's that hot) and I really try to bring my guys/girls out of trouble, but I'll tell you what, sometimes they are
SOOO STUPID! I'll be in a gunfight, think 'Okay, time to go!' as yet another Brute shows up and I swear my people stand there and either get taken hostage or continue to fight a losing battle. I'll be screaming at the TV 'C'mon Shaundi!
We need to go!' to no avail.

As for the Nyte Blade thing, I think I'm going to get it, too. I already got the Genki thing from pre-ordering and the Ultor assassin stuff from the Prima Guidebook. I haven't gotten the Shark gun thing yet, but knowing me, I probably will.

Finally, thanks again for replying. I wish to express my apologies to you for my attitude and my condescending posts. Please reply back if you have the time, I really do enjoy talking with someone who makes valid points on the game, whether I origianlly
agreed with them or not. It does make me think of looking at it from a different point of view.

    Thank you.

Saints Row The Third is a step backwards.

I want to apologise to Kinectimal, MDGeistMD02, Azartic and others for my previous posts. Had a few problems, and wasn't in the right frame of mind at the time I posted (Sick with the flu, high stress, general time of year and family
issues >.<), and for coming across as a arrogant know it all.

    I'll answer MDGeistMD02's questions...

First, I apologise if it came across that I was slamming into people for their opinions. I have the habit of wording my posts which make them look like I'm attacking others etc. For example, my response to
Alice2183, I never meant to seem like I was attacking her. I've been criticized in the past to word my responses carefully on other forums, to prevent snafu's like the one which happened here from happening, and unfortunately my post ended up looking
like I was attacking her. I wasn't, nor did I have any intention of doing so. If it was interpreted that way, I apologise, but I stress I wasn't attacking her.

Second, I never bothered to use the replay function as A: Never even knew it was there and B: Always replayed the game again from the beginning. So my response to which you responded to
MDGeistMD02 I admit was posted in ignorance, and for that I apologise.

Third, I still think that complaining about the customization options in SRTT is petty, as exactly the same thing happened when Mass Effect 2 was released and the customization options in that were streamlined dramatically from the first game. While it is
important, it's not the end all/be all for the game. There are other parts which make a game and overall, I do think SRTT did work to a degree.

Fourth, again I do think this was a small gripe which has been blown out of proportion but whatever. I have two characters in SRTT, one with dual wield SMG/pistols and the other single wield, and I used the money at the time to get other upgrades. I think
Volition was probably thinking that gamers would decide whether they wanted it or not, as it's not stated that you HAVE to purchase all upgrades.

Finally, this matter I do agree with. The driving mechanics, as well as the fighting engine was given a dramatic overhaul, yet what for? I was playing SRTT earlier, and it wasn't until then I started to think about what Volition did to make SRTT better in
some aspects, but also what they took away.

I'm not one who's all about the graphics, but they were a improvement. Especially the facial creation mechanics, a big improvement. While the customization options may not be layered like they were in SR1 and SR2, the options available did work and you could
tailor your character in their own unique way. The driving system was a improvement as well, being able to drift around corners made car chases easier, as well as while driving, being able to spin 180 degrees and continue going down the road, while firing
back at your pursuers was a very nice aspect and, imo, added more to the driving aspect.

As you said, the fighting system was improved and there have been times when I've been playing I've just spent time doing charge attacks on various pedestrians/gang members/etc... mainly on mascots. The mascots are evil and must be punished in the most gruesome
and invasive ways (looking at the woodsman chainsaw here).

Now for what I DIDN'T like...

The NPC's seemed too stoic for my liking, at times rather stiff and mechanical in their movements. In some parts, my vehicle would flip up onto it's front end and start spinning around like a Spinning Top, sent wildly down the streets etc. Other parts, when
the drawbridges were up, instead of driving up them, the vehicle I was in ends up being embedded in the raised drawbridge and (at times I didn't have the right upgrades IE the Health ones) having to restart from the Hospital as the end result of said crash
    is a annoyance.

I also am reconsidering getting the Season Pass, even though you get the Nyte Blayde pack with it, you only get a measely 15% discount off the upcoming three DLC for the game (Genkibowl VII in January, Gangstas in Space in Winter 2012 and The Trouble with
Clones in Spring 2012). If the discount was more, like say 25% or so, I'd be more inclined to say yes... now, it's only the completionist in me which keeps the thought of getting that pass in my mind.

@Kinectimal In hindsight (and after having time to cool down, after getting read the riot act by my sibling), I apologise for my posts against yours. You have your points and opinions and it was incorrect for myself to respond in such a negative manner.

@Azartic I realise I came across as a idiot and put the target on my chest for being a forum idiot. Once again I apologise.

@Alice2183 I apologise if my response to you came across so hostile, as I never intended for it to be so.
