    THIRD REQUEST - FREE RYSE WITH XBOX LIVE GOLD


    Hello this is my third post as my first one was not answered. My second one was answered by Mister Beep on January 29th and I was told that my code would be arriving by monday February 1st. I actually received a message from support with saying "Welcome
    to Gold Here are the promo code of four free games we promised you". I went one by one and found out that none of those games were Ryse Legendary Edition.

    I really hope this time around this can be addressed correctly as I have now spent an hour with xbox support and three posts for a game I should have received upon purchasing live. Here was my previous post for your reference:

    "Hello this is my second post as my first one over a week ago was not answered. I was told by support to post here after a 45 minute conversation but it seems this is as effective as support was. I purchased Xbox live through my console I believe September
    22nd through the promotion buy Xbox live and receive Ryse. I remember seeing a game code would be eventually sent to me but it has not. I hope I can be assisted this post."

    Free Xbox One Criteria?

    I found the criterias :

    100'000 GS + ---> Killer Instinct

    150'000 GS + ---> Free games like Forza 5, Ryse, etc.

    200'000 GS + ---> Free Xbox One, Games, Xbox Live Gold, etc.

    That's not fair THIRD REQUEST - FREE RYSE WITH XBOX LIVE GOLD :(

    Hey there, MNVikings777! There were 2 different promotions for the Game Starter Pack. One was for Ryse, the other was for the 4 free games that you have received. I do not know which one you signed up for off the bat, but I am following up with the appropriate
    team to determine which one you qualified for. I will post back once I have more information.

    ReynoldsSam90 - It appears you purchased your Gold on 1/31. This promotion can take up to 4 weeks before you receive your code(s). If you do not receive it by the end of the month, please post up a new thread so that we can look into it further for you.

    Unfortunately do to the error of being unreadable this will be hard to request support for, not to mention if you received the Gold xbox live from a third party retail. Your best bet is to contact xbox support online and hope an agent can help you.
