Only thing that would be exchanged would be if you download an third party app and you login and then the app tracks your usage so if you watch anime kn netflix netflix suggests anime

Of course your xbox forwards your third party credientials because you are creating an account with your third party

Even google does this but your PII is never given out

Only time you worry about pii should.be when you visit phishy websites then you are playing russian roulette with your wallet

Some offers are region locked but geoips are public and only are used to control content you can receive legally

Hello, don't be worried only you and Microsoft have access to your login credentials. As far as the 3rd party data sharing I believe that's marketing data that they can sell off to other companies. Not trying to be cocky but if you're really worried about
your data being shared I would get off the internet and sell all electronic devices you have as they all collect data wether you click the "I agree button" or not. Read the terms and conditions before you sign up for anything if you want to know more about
the company policies, etc.
