    I am Australian though currently holidaying in Indonesia and am trying to set up xbox 360 live month trail BUT it thinks I live in the UK so rejects my Australian address!

    Also when I go to chat support screen, it doesn't work because it WILL NOT let me acess the name fields (which, of course, are required)

    Cannot Dowloand DLC because it is not available in your location

    I think you miss understand, I have a UK IP address UK XBOX UK Game, live in the UK but my live login is registered in Ireland. So if i have a UK registered Silver account could i Download DLC on it then use the DLC on my other account.

    Sounds like your account is set to the wrong region.

    BILLING_PROC_ChangeBillingCountry

    You can use this page to set your region to the correct region, this will also fix the issue with payment information.

    But this can only be done once every 3 months, so if you switch region you wont be able to undo it.

    I can't download the First Strike map pack.

    Physical region keeps changing at the moment, but I'm going to say Oxford, UK as that is where I live. The disc region is also UK and the account region is The Netherlands I think, I've tried to change it to a UK region but I don't know how.
