    Thinking of making a new account


    I'm thinking of making a new account because a couple achievements didn't unlock for me on the Xbox One. This post is not about the Xbox One though. I would like to know if I create a new account on my Xbox 360 if I can use everything that I purchased with
    account that I'm currently using.

    i'm having the same problem, i got to admit, it is very discouraging and i'm thinking of just making a new account, just so i can play online. hopefully our problem is resolved soon.

    Hi there,

    if the licenses of the content are on that console then any other profile on the console (when the console is connected to Xbox Live) should be able to use the games.

    See this link for any further information regarding license on the 360

    Regarding the not unlocking of achievements on the profile, this could be a temporary issue and making a new account may not solve the issue. Also be aware that items can not be transferred between accounts.

    If the licenses are on the console, any account can play them games online or offline, and without a console license the account that bought the content cannot do so offline, you must be connected to Xbox live, without any licensed on the console, you will
    require to load the games ip online, on the account that purchased the content. You could also load the game up on your account that made the purchase, on.most games plug a second controller in, load the game up with your new account, and the one that bought
    the content, once the game gas loaded, sign out if your account in which the content was purchased, pretty basic stuff WPAK

    Regarding achievements not unlocking, I'd just advise you to stick to your current account, as I am sure they will eventually unlock!

    Account license - required to be connected to xbox live, is rather like a public license that is checked when loading a purchased game online. If you are not connected, they cant check.

    Console.licenses. The rather local license, it wont require xbox live, or being Connected to it to launch the purchased game, though a connection may apply if you cant get passed the game update screen.

    and I think the trials are for new accounts... not current ones... so you would need to make a new Gamertag
