    So boot up my xbox and it takes 10 min to boot up . Then when im browsing true apps he gets stuck . Or it takes forever to start up a game .this is my second console . My 1 one died during a support chat a couple of months ago .

    You could try couple of things first, delete of of your cache.

    1) Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    2) Select Storage or Memory.

    3) Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    4) Select Clear System Cache.

    5) Click on yes.

    If that doesn't work, try to remove your hard drive and try to play the game. If it loads normally then yea you need a new hard drive. If not, then it is the lens of the disc reader which would also mean you need to send it to repair..

    looks like something is wrong with the HDD hard drive. send it to repair

    oh and dont forget to clear cache and see if it works

    If I understand you correctly, this the second Xbox One to go bad in as many months...? I can't help but be suspicious that there maybe something else going on here that is causing these problems. Can you tell us more about now your first Xbox One "died"?
    Did it have the same long boot up time and getting stuck like your current Xbox?

    I think this one is about 4 or 5 months old . Now i have powerd it up. Lights on but no sound or image . Sooo ....

    The 1 one kept losing connection to the internet . And he had a problem with the disk reader .

    So no games for me i think this weekend .

  6. So, again, if I understand you correctly, two different Xbox Ones with two different problems. That's very, very bad luck.... I mean, over the past years I have purchased three Xbox 360s and three Xbox Ones and have had no problems with any of them. But,
    let see if we can help with your current Xbox One. You say "...powerd it up. Lights on but no sound or image". So, first I would recommended double checking things by going through the steps listed in "Your

    Hi there,

    if you haven't yet, be sure to try these trouble shooting steps for lag/freezing:

    If there is enough space around the console it shouldn't be overheating be just to be sure see this support page in regards to overheating:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/search?phrase=overheating

    if it's only happening with one game, then you can also consider trying to uninstall the game and installing it again.

    Another option to try would to to do a factory reset on the console, just keep in mind that this will need to you enter the credentials again for any accounts on the console

    Hello LeahVeins! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you are not getting any overheating messages then its unlikely thats the problem. Its worth making sure that its well ventilated.

    Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for around 10 seconds, wait for it to fully shut down. Remove the power cord for 5 mins then connect and power back on?

    If that doesnt work, have you tried resetting the console by keeping apps and games by going to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console.
    Choose the option Reset and keep my games & apps?
