Think I have been hacked.

When you say another profile on your system, do you mean console? If yes, someone would have needed to physically access your console to add the profile.

You can check at HTTPS://account.microsoft.com to ensure all your details are correct. I would also suggest changing password and adding two step verification and download the verification
app to your cell/mobile phone

Verify that you have not made any purchases with your profile, change your password immediately, and if you have not done so, use the 2-step security option

If you feel your account may have been compromised please follow the compromised Microsoft account solution

If you been hacked change your password right away, go to account.microsoft.com then go to Security to change your password from there.
