Can't you melee with the Witch Doctor. It did when I first started and now it doesn't.

 

Your weapon is simply a stat stick for casters and WD don't have any melee abilities.

Gonna have to take back the comment that I made saying its spot on, the fps drops in pandemonium fortress and stays there.

HOW TO MELEE WITH A WIZARD & WITCH DOCTOR

(1) Make sure that you have a melee weapon equipped

(2) Clear whatever skill is mapped to the "A" button

(3) Melee away at your hearts content

Hey Lei Fang, I am using a Wizard... I am always Wizard/Mage in RPG's like this.

 

Holy crap! Permit me to return home from work and actually PLAY this? I got it yesterday, and 24 hours later I've still not touched beyond installing

 

^Are you in the preview beta? I was reading the official D3 forums earlier and somebody said opting out of the beta fixed their issues with it.

 

Eh? lol Thanks, but the only issues I'm currently having involve free time to play, of which I am sorely lacking.

I've have no idea how much extra story content is added by the ROS chapter because I'm still playing the regular story with my original characters and with new characters with friends.

However once you've finished that chapter you then unlock the Bounties and Rifts to keep yourself levelling up forever.

Fantastic game that will keep you going for ages but one thing you might want to avoid is having someone with much higher stats join your game.

When this happens the game automatically scales your lower level character's stats to the higher level characters's stats and as a result, if the lower level character is the host, the game becomes ridiculously easy. You may as well strip your armour off
and just throw punches.

It might be technically 'legit' but it's the closest thing you'll get to a COD Modded Lobby in "Diablo III.

When you've got similar levelled characters all playing together though the game is excellent.

 

@ azrael, it took us about the same length of time as act 2.

I couldn't agree with you more with your following statement...

I have no doubt that this is true for the Reaper Of Souls, but I know I will be playing this game (Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition) a lot if I buy it; thus stopping me from playing the other games that are coming out soon.

I've had my fun with Diablo 3 Classic, but lets face the facts. There isn't enough time for me to play them all; thus I need to pick some and skip some.

Sadly, I am going to have to skip Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition so that I can continue to play Forza Motorsport 5 and play the upcoming games such as Sunset Overdrive (just to name a few).

Please understand that I'm not hating on Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition in any way shape or form (I've gotten over the whole nerfing and removal of Life Steal issue).
