Thief Trailer

Cant go wrong with Dishonored for any price!!

 

Finally, a game in which to satiate my thirst for stealing loot! My family and their mysteriously disapearing wallets/purses shall be most pleased

 

Decided to buy thief after playing the demo recently and quite enjoying, what eveyones verdict of the game after playing it through or spending some time on it?

 

^I loved it when i first started playing it but after i got about halfway through it started to get a bit repetitive for me and was glad to get it finished.

 

I enjoyed it, but the central hub world could have been easier to navigate, broken up by too many loading screens which made some of the side quests a bit irritating. Story missions were great though.

 

It started off pretty fresh and new because it was something different but it just got dull after a while.

A boring and forgettable experience in the long run.

 

From what I saw of the lady playing it, it was okay. Though like the above, she got pretty bored half way through. That, and there was a glitch of some sort that prevented her from continuing for a while but that seemed to correct itself.

If you do enjoy a good Stealth Game I'd recommend "Sniper Elite III".

Wide open areas. Various methods of approach, various methods of dispatching your foes and targets.

I'm sure you could find a Youtube video making the A.I. look stupid but for the most part they're pretty decent and behave in a failry realistic fashion.

 

Already finished sniper elite 3, good game and found the AI fine but game was a little short. Thanks for the reccomendation though

 

I just want to point out that at no point did I get bored of Thief. I just found navigating the hub annoying.

 

Just finished thief, good enjoyable game, would have bought it on release but didnt think it was something i would like

 

Richster if you liked Thief, make sure you grab Dishonored when its free with GfG if you havent played it already, its a really cracking game that you can either play stealthy or take a more violent approach. Fantastic level designs with multiple routes
in and out of objectives and an excellent array of powers to build up. Out of the two games I would recommend Dishonored over Thief, but both great stealth titles.

 

Might give dishonered another go with it being on gwg, couldnt get into it first time around, i dont do things stealthy so the violent approach it is. On thief i always got a high predator rating, getting through by any means necessary

 

LOL! you big bully! Im the opposite I love a good sneak. In fairness to Dishonored you have a lot more options for violence than Thief did.
