Thief Booster packs

I decided to buy all three booster packs for Thief on XBox One last night, and noticed an issue when one of my packs didn't activate in-game.

The packs I purchased are called "Thief Booster Pack: Opportunist", " Thief Booster Pack: Predator", and "Thief Booster Pack Ghost". Opportunist and Ghost activated fine, but the Predator pack didn't. I thought to reinstall all three, and noticed something
peculiar. The Opportunist shows up twice, the second time under the Predator packs icon.

So, as it stands, I have all three packs purchased, but only received two, despite having all three downloaded and installed. I currently have the Ghost pack which is functional, the Opportunist pack which is functional, but the Predator pack isn't called
the Predator pack, its duplicating the Opportunist pack and it isn't functional at all, even as a duplicate. Its also retaining the predator packs icon.

I am hoping someone can look into this issue. I'd much rather have this fixed than demand a refund.

Try un-installing and re-installing just the pack that isn't working. Hoepfully after you re-download it your console will recognize that you have the pack.

 

Unfortunately that was the first thing I did, and I did it again with a hard reboot, as per supports instruction. Seems like this is an actual issue on the Xbox/developer side of things. It downloads as the opportunist pack. Though, I appreciate your time.

So, I'd warn folks to not buy it. The service Rep said Microsoft would contact me when the issue has been fixed. They gave me a refund.

I'll come in when I get confirmation that the issue has been resolve
