    Mircosoft/Xbox has charged me for Gold I never want and the payment is sitting in my PayPal.

    How on Earth do I get that removed cos I haven't been on Live to use it at all.

    Should be reverse-able yes?

    I've just logged on back to my account after a month break and I am seeing that someone else has taken money from my account and I need a refund for the money they've been using please help

    yes they've robbed me of f 2 months payment, best bit is I don't know what it is or how they can take money out of my account without my permission
