They're trying to take my games away for being hacked.

So a little context. On 12/20/2017 my xbox account, under the gamertag steelee300, was hacked by an unknown source. The original email for the account was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. The hacker then changed the email to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***(not my email). I filed a service request
and finally got an email telling me to make a new account with an email that hasnt been on microsoft. I did that and the new email was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (old email i know..) They have since changed over my account to this new email. Since they have done that though
i havent been able to play all of my games. GTA 5 being the main game I would like to start playing again. It keeps asking me if I owned it or If i have the disc, i have owned all my games digitally for a while now. They asked for my order history and my order
history only goes back to the day I was hacked.(12/20/2017) GTA i bought back when it first came out on xbox one. Ive been talking with chat agents and they originally told me to wait 24 hours and i have. So now i just finished a conversation with a chat rep,
and they have told me theyre going to send me a list of all my "entitlements" and that was all they could do for me. On that list which only dates back to July 2015 doesn't show GTA. But does show Shark Cards for GTA. Ive had this account since 2012 so that
list should go farther back then that. I need to know my next steps if any at all.

actually, they're going to be taking the skill away from the game. 343 is going to take a game that doesn't have much of anything wrong, and breaking it. they're trying to make it Halo 3, which its not.

That doesn't help in TDM because his death could have just taken my last respawn. If the guy is way far away I don't care, its the people that watch you run over ten feet to execute them and then shoot the down out from under you right as you get to the
body. They're not trying to help, they're just being dicks.

 

All you can do is keeping trying to work with support.
