"...They're Action Figures" achievement not unlocking

I have all 20 bobbleheads on a display stand in my shack at Sanctuary Hills. For 2 days now I have not got the achievement. I get other achievements but not that particular one. I heard some other people had that same issue, so I emailed support at Bethesda
and all they do is send me a email with a FAQ list that doesn't list anything about achievements not unlocking. Has anybody experienced thid? how did you fix it?

Also, if you have a smart phone, download SmartGlass and see if it's stuck at "Done Unlocking". At that point, you'll just have to wait. I've had achievements "get stuck" for a few days before properly unlocking.

 

hey eggnog, I have Android smart glass but it doesn't say anything that done unlocking or what not. It just shows that I have on my list as not being unlocked, just like the other ones that I actually haven't unlocked yet

 

I checked it again just to be sure and it still shows it as being locked.

 

I had to re-download my profile.

hi, I was going to post an update yesterday morning but the forum was not working. Kinda odd, it was there, when I turned on my Xbox I didn't even have to load the game. What's funny is that the date on it actually showed the day that I found the last bobblehead
on December 1st. so Xbox live did acknowledge it on the day that I actually completed it, it just that it didn't put it towards my profile. But all good now I don't have to delete my profile or anything.
