They wont do anything about your controller's

I had 4 controller and was charging one as soon as its done i take it outto play a game 2 min in it starts to spark and smoke I take the the battery out and put it in to the others the same thing happened. I call Xbox to see if they can
help me out. And they Said nope can't do anything about it because the charger is not made by them. It just sad that I wasted like 240 for nothing. Thank you Xbox for doing this to me. I now have a Xbox one withat no controller. I hope this dose not happen
to anyone else because Xbox will not help you at all

it wont set up in the app it saying it will only do elet wierliss controller's this is BS i have a pro gaming controller cost more then the wierdliss controller's

 

so i messed up... devs read this please and judge

1. the devs wont read this

2. they cant do anything about your gamerscore

Sorry to hear that, but if it made one spark and smoke and then another do the same, why would you continue to put it in the rest of your controllers?

It's unfortunate, but if a third party item is making them malfunction then I do not think they are at fault here. I would contact the maker of the charge kit and see if they can offer any help.

 

They do recommend not using 3rd party peripherals so they are correct.

If it was a Microsoft product that caused the problem they would do something.

As brand said,you need to contact the maker of the charger as it sounds like it was their product that caused the issue.
