They will take my money, but wont offer me the services for 48 hours????!!!!!

I just bought a month of xbox live gold and within 20 seconds the transaction was complete through my paypal account, however I am unable to party up with any of my friends "without an xbox live gold subscription" which is stated in my settings that is active.
Contacted xbox live support and they said it can take up to 48 hours to process?!?! I hard reset my xbox, deleted and reinstalled my profile, unplugged my router multiple times and still nothing is working...Has or is this happening to anyone else and how
can xbox actually do this to paying customers?

Cannot turn off auto renewal

They are charging me for something I don't want, My gold account doesn't end until april and they are trying to charge me for another 3 months. I turned off auto-renewal before but I guess they turned it back on. I want a refund for the money they have taken
off my card for a service I did not approve of and nobody is willing to help me, not even the enforcement team.

Still on the Fence need a few things answered.

be careful they charge money for your system to get fixed. 15$ for advanced service and they wont waive the charge. and the customer service sucks. but that's just my experience. I don't want a fight. just stating. my discs wont load and not the most recent
complaints where the disc ejects and goes right back in.

It can take up to 48 hours to register for the 14 days (if you are eligable for the offer) but usually happens within an hour or two
