If you have been charged an inordinate amount for your subscription, I would advise requesting a refund. You can get this done by visiting the portal at

Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund. I only suggest this because customer support agents can no longer do them themselves.

Whenever you make a purchase, you are told how much this will cost. If you already had a Game Pass subscription, and try to redeem an offer, it will adjust to the appropriate pricing for your region, just before the payment screen. My best advice would be
to contact Xbox Support directly, so they can see if a refund can be actioned. You can do so, via the link posted in this thread.

To cancel your subscriptions, you will have to use a computer and visit this page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ . At present, the systems in place only allow changes to take place via the website, and not from your console or Xbox app on Windows
