I need help i recently tryed to activate my acct again so i put all credit card info in and it didnt go in but it still took money out of my card. Whats going on. Please need help

Error 80190848 and they took money

So I tried buying a gold sub and all I keep getting a error code AND they took money for something I didnt even get but tried to. I have NO phone so I cant call... is there anyway I could talk to someone online? I'm not in a good mood because of this and
very upset with Microsoft /:

Go to billing.microsoft.com and remove your payment method then re-add it. If you have problems doing this, you're going to have to either buy a pay as you go cell or use a pay phone to call the toll free number for support and have them help you. 1-800-4MY-XBOX

Hey mate, I suggest signing-in to the commerce page with the account it took the money from. You can check all transactions and memberships there:
commerce.microsoft.com

If you find that the money is definitely gone and no active membership I would be calling phone support to sort it out:
support.xbox.com/contact-us

The companion app is for consoles

You need to buy it on the xbox app on your windows 10

By using the Xbox console companion app you queued the Xbox game not the pc game

And fable 2 isn't available per say on Windows 10 but there is one offical way to play it on Windows 10

You need to update to the recent windows 10 anniversary update if it's available to you in your region

It's varies region by region as ita a phased release since the Xbox 20th anniversary not long ago

Once you have it you need to download the xbox play app which lets you play non windows supported xbox games like fable 2

And yes it is ms offical xbox app to play 360 games
