They settings don't seem to be working for my child safety.

my child safety settings do not work, my child is 12, the setting for a 12yr old child allows him to download 12 and over games! Sort that out, the time limit does not work! The internet (which I know he has been on) does not tell me on the security page
what he has been on, I learnt two days ago a small child was groomed, the parents thought they had all the locks and security via the security family app, as did I, yet none of it works. Come on you guys sort it out! We spend millions everyday to keep your
corporation running, at least give us a little back! Some security, AFTER ALL IT IS OUR CHILDREN THAT WE CARE ABOUT.

Trouble with child account on xbox one under family safety/xbox privacy settings

I have 2 child accounts and one I cannot change settings of at ms family safety site -get red circle on their gamertag. I think date of birth etc is correct and it is listed as a child account on main family safety site with mine as adult. Also they are
able to browse sites without permission on console because of this I think instead of my password being ased for. Family safety is working fine on PC though.

How to fix this?
