Bought 2k19 Anniversary Edition, but it says im to early!!!

I bought 2k19 Aniversary edition for 100$, its suppose to let me play today at 9pm but it says Im to early!!

I paid for a game and now it says I still have to buy it and did not give me a refund

So I pre ordered 2k19 20th anniversary edition on my Xbox one and now I can not play it because it says I need to purchase it. but I had purchased it already on my account. So I also went to Microsoft and they are not trying to refund me or cancel the
purchase. So if u got any tips or answers please help.because I just wasted over 100 dollars and I want it back.

If they refunded you, you should be able to just re-purchase the game.

I see the game in my Xbox Store when I search for WWE 2K19 Digital Deluxe edition, it is the first item listed as WWE 2K19 in the In this bundle section with a yellow SAVE CAD $39.99 (item details include CAD $40 50% off 45.18 GB).

You would have to ask for a refund on your purchase, and then buy the 80 or 100 edition.

So if this is a bug, will buying the edition for $100 actually charge you that much or will the outcome be $30 with the bug. Because if purchasing it for $100 actually costs that much with no chance of refund that’s a pretty harmful bug
