    they sent me an offensive message, just answer with emojins, all for not accepting a game Gamebatles and the person I reported immediately blocked my messages, it is not the first time this situation happens, I am very angry since I will always continue
    to happen because now they published my profile in a facebok group to report me and after confirming they blocked me from the same group, I do not just tell pictures of the talk of the person q I offended first I hope to solve this problem if I do not have
    to leave your platform as I am not 100% satisfied with your case tracking.

    Muting and avoiding players?

    The problem is getting quick access to your opponents profile while in game doesn't seem to be possible.

    The link says to go a message from the person you want to block or mute and to their profile from there, problem is my opponents never message me.

    In fact I wouldn't know how to send a message to my opponent. Surely that also requires finding their profile too!

    Hi, from what i understand having multiple reports against you will not get you suspended as the Xbox live enforcement team will investigate the complaints and take each report into consideration, they will only suspend/ban you if there is evidence that
    you have breached the code of conduct, you will not be suspended for 'no reason'.

    From experience the best way to handle these situations is to not communicate with them at all, use the report to Xbox live feature and block the person/s.

    I'm certain this post is actually against the forum rules as it states;

    If you see someone violating the Code of Conduct please do not publicly post an accusation. Instead, report it using the tools within the game or the file a complaint using
    your console.

    Hi, exactly the public in facebook forum my profile to report that it is everything is not fair and should not suspend the account at the moment should arrive a message where you can defend yourself or expose your case! this is a violation, it is not fair
    and is not good for your company since I am a big consumer (600 dollars every year I invest in things of you) but these situations make me doubt the xbox platform.

    Reporting them through their profile or through their message would be the only way to report them. After reporting them, block them.

    Xbox will be aware of it, just keep reporting the messages and block the profiles. Eventually they will stop.
