THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE GAME PASS ULTIMATE

I bought xbox game pass ultimate. It's price is 6 TL. Xbox take my money but didnt give to me game pass ultimate.

Comunicate con servicio técnico y comenta tu problema, ellos abriran un caso y ahi adjunta un screenshot con el correo que te llego con la compra que hiciste.

Me paso exactamente lo mismo, y me comunique con el soporte de microsoft y me dijeron que era un problema de mi banco. Luego de eso hice el reclamo a mi banco y ellos me contestaron que el dinero llego a microsoft, en pocas palabras ninguno se hace cargo
del error. Solo espero que me den el game pass o que minimamente me devuelvan el dinero.

Podrías intentar volver a comunicarte con soporte de Xbox, pide un estado de cuenta a tu banco para que tengas la evidencia de que procedió tú pago y se pueda hacer la aclaración.

O en su defecto pide el reembolso.
