They can take my money in 30 seconds, but can't offer the services in the same amount of time?

Same here sniper, as a Microsoft IT consultant if I were to take down a customers services for this amount of time the contract would be terminated and my reputation would take a hit.

Hello Lorne, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

My apologies here but it may very well be that the console has decided to bite the bullet. But, as the console is not under warranty as you mentioned earlier you may want to double check with your local gaming store to see if they offer a repair service.

As for the second tone, how long after the first did you hold the buttons? Sometimes it can take up to 30 - 45 seconds for the second.

Stay calm my friend; you can pretty much take it for granted that as soon as the 'THE ONE' launches, there will be people trying to make money off its back by offering 'other' services.

I remember at least 4 or 5 people/businesses on Ebay that offered pad mod services for people with disabilities.

You currently can't record more than 30 seconds at a time.

To record more you need an external capture device like Elgato offer but Microsoft is bringing more options over the coming months.
