    They are spamming me to pay for service that i cant receive in my region


    I had Xbox Game pass for PC active. and used it. but then in october they changed it so that in my country it would become unavailable.

    They already charged me once when i could not use the service but then card date ended and it got payment failed.

    Yet they keep issuing me spam that i have payment now due for November

    How do i stop the spam to my mail. i will not pay for service scam they they attempted on me where i need to pay for service.

    also i cant cancel the subscription

    I am from Jordan too .. i bought a 3 months xbox live gold account with my xbox 360 console to find later that it is useless for me because my country is not supported, i am willing to pay but i cant, i was really disappointed, even the free games cannot
    be downloaded, i cant buy any thing and not only that, even my console showing me that xbox live is not available for me.

    i think instead of banning a whole country or region Microsoft should make sure those who pay will receive a good service where ever they live. i wasted my money on that subscription.

    How to cancel past due game pass ultimate subscription?

    I cant afford to pay it off from what i have researched there forcing me into paying to continue a subscription just so i can cancel it. I cant call any customer service and i cant afford to pay for the ultimate again. There has to be some kind of way
    to cancel this.
