    they are doubling the charges on every purchase I make


    I bought turkeys in the Fortnite game, the $ 329 package and they made me two $ 329 charges but I only made one, which I can do to get my money back because they did not give me the other turkeys that I'm supposedly paying and neither I just want to get
    back the $ 329 that they charged me for more and it's not the first time, so last when I make any purchase, I happened with Fifa 18 a month ago

    Most likely that money will be refunded to you account now soon. When you attempt to add a card to your account the system will redraw a small amount of money to make sure it is a real account, this may be the charge you are seeing.

    Also go to accounts.live.com just to make sure no purchase were made on your account. This website will tell you of any purchases made on your account on Xbox or any other Microsoft platform. If you see a charge that you did not make contact Xbox support.

    If none of the above explain the charges contact your bank, they will be able to inform you of the charges.

    Hacked Help!!

    I just reviewed my purchase history again and it appears that I have a couple of charges on my account that I didn't make. It says they are game consumables...Silver Pack and Premium Gold Jumbo. I have no idea what they are. The link to the downloads
    are broken.

    Also should I be concerned about my credit card information?

    I was double charged for a purchase.

    Yeah, I have my order history recorded and plan to contact support asap. Worst comes to worst then I will resolve this with the bank. Thank you again for your help.

    I was double charged for a purchase.

    So one thing to do is go into your order history, screen shot the purchases from that day so you have proof that one purchase only was made and then contact customer support/billing to get this cleared.

    However, if for some weird reason they dont resolve it through Microsoft, with the screenshot you could dispute the second transaction with your bank and that will take a couple of days, depending on your banks’ policies
