These problems MUST be fixed with the Party Chat!

Hello everyone on the forums. I have a serious gripe (or several gripes) with the xbox party system. I've been an xbox "fanboy" since the original xbox. I've owned the original xbox, the 360, and now the xbox one (soon to have the xbox one x). If there's
one thing that I've noticed about the new xbox live party system vs the old one on the 360, it's that It's significantly MUCH worse than the 360 equivalent (besides for the addition of several features) in terms of performance & reliability.

Here's a list of issues that I've experienced:

-- I'll randomly get removed from the party (with no indication that I've been removed, besides for the silence of the party).

-The whole "Disconnected" issue where you remain in the party, but can't hear anyone or talk to anyone. I'm not sure why this happens, exactly. All I know is that it didn't happen on the 360. The person should receive a notification that they've been disconnected
at least (WITHOUT having to look at the party)

-- The "MUTE" system. I personally liked how it was on the xbox 360 where if you mute someone, they can't hear you and you can't hear them. I don't know why it was changed so that the other person can still hear you, but if this isn't changed to how it previously
was, there should at least be an additional "complete mute" option where it's like the 360 version of muting someone.

-- Sometimes someone will join the party and I won't get a notification that they've joined. Hasn't happened to me recently, but it was a problem.

-- Whenever I plug in my mic, for some reason the xbox won't detect the mic unless I unplug it and plug it back in WHILE looking at the party. This is very annoying and should definitely be changed. Also, when my mic is plugged in and my controller gets
disconnected or the batteries die and I reconnect it, it won't detect the mic UNLESS I'm looking at the party. I feel like this is a result of the recent update to the user interface and should be fixed. Also, I have the Official xbox chat headset so it definitely
should NOT be a problem.

-- This isn't really an issue, but I think it would be a good feature to add. You should be able to transfer party leader to another member of the party if you're the party leader. Not a necessity, but it would be a useful feature.

Constantly having party chat issues

You too huh? EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my friends list tell me they also have party chat problems. I also have these party chat problems. Most people I talk to in online games tell me they also have these party chat problems.

The console is over a year old now and WE STILL HAVE THESE PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS!

FIX YOUR PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS MICROSOFT!

 

One thing that's really irritating

If dice disabled party chat these problems wouldn't exist.
