    If I may try to justify a few things from folks.

    There has been many mistakes in the field of IT, called human error or server error. It happens everywhere, you'll find it on PSN, Steam, and everywhere else. Its deem to happen in most companies with large server farms. I can understand the irritation and
    frustration you all go through. But there is no such thing as PERFECT system, there will be an issue all the time no matter how big or how small.

    That being said, I've met plenty of people over at Redmond MS campus, and they work around the clock day and night to provide for Live services, their great people who also love a good game of TitanFall or any other game they enjoy after work. But just remember
    people who are working behind this are working really hard in order to keep it going for you. You don't know how much they thank their customers for your feedback. But raging about it is never going to resolve the issue. As a community whole, we have to be
    more lenient towards MS to show out best support, and letting them know that we are the customers, and we are here. Unlike Sony for example, Microsoft DOES care and hear your feedback.

    I lost an achievement I worked on for an hour and have to do it all over again because someone decided to trip over the cord at head quarters... I feel the pain just as much as you guys, but hey sometimes things just can't be helped.

  3. Though I haven't dished out the dough on an xbox one....I think it's pretty ridiculous that we're expected to invest serious cash into a console that is completely inconsistent. I have an xbox360 and I am trying to access apps I've downloaded eons ago but,
    alas, there seems to always be some sort of error which translates to:

    "This means that the Xbox Live servers are experiencing difficulties and are temporarily unavailable."

    Does this mean I get a discount on the gold member live subscription I've already paid for? I doubt it.

    Im sick and tired of this crap. Im giving serious thought to trading in my xboxone. I refuse to pay any further for something that doesnt work when i neec it to the most. Playing xbox one on the weekends is practically impossible. What the hell do we pay
    for??? Why are the servers always so bad? No wonder xbox one sales are so poor. Im never buying anything microsoft related again!! Im sure im not the only one who ferls the same....keep this up and ure days are numbered.

    Could someone please explain to me why (when the system constantly goes down) I'm not allowed to play offline?(I'm right now trying to play Assassins creed ; black flag, single player. Why does that need an online connection?)

    Will we get a discount on our gold membership, should we renew it?

    This is really, really annoying. And not to get any info on what's going on is even worse... Yeah, I noticed that it's down, the question I want answered is why...

    as cmonalready mon stated, we pay for this service, and I'm sure many are in the same boat as I, it seems this ALWAYS happens the few hours a week we can actually play... $60 for a service that 8 times out of 10 has been down when I am able to play? For
    all the outages there has been, and if microsoft cares so much about it's customer base as RBG Valkryie claims... how come microsoft never makes it right for us? Theres no pro rated discount for the time we can't play or anything.... I understand the difficulty
    behind these outages, and can understand it may take some time to fix, But come on Microsoft... at least make it right for us...

    achievements....... I am fed up. I boast about how amazing this system is all the time, "no Xbox is coming back! Backwards compat, Hololense, Elite controller, windows 10, dtx12, mouse&key, 7 exclusives" blah blah... all of that is worthless if I can't
    even play my system. I'm at the point now that I only have this system because I already paid for it. I'm done.

    heh just checked the network info on my X1 and it says all services are available, yet I can't do anything on my X1.

    Also check the site and it says different.

    I'm pretty faithful to MS myself and I am starting to get the urge to game elsewhere. XBL has never had issues like this so frequently last gen or even on the original xbox. MS needs to understand that their core customer isn't some kid who is begging his
    parents for them to buy a console, the core customer is the parent. The core customer is well into their thirties, switched to xbox when the competition wasn't innovating. The core customer is the one who is using the xbox. My wife and I have a very expansive
    collection of games. All of them a digital except for a few day one purchases. We still are considering other alternatives to XBL. Downtime happens, we get it. But when downtime happens twice in a week and four times in a month, that's excessive. That is when
    it is time to start looking at other options.

    We are a MS family here. Two XB1s, 2 Lumia 920s and a 1020, 2 MS Bands, 1 Surface pro and 3 other brand Win tablets, and we have been through more 360s than I care to even think about, and still stuck with it. If MS wants to play this risky game, then I
    urge them to please roll the dice once more.

    And just like EVERYYYYy other time this has happened... everyone will rant here, or elsewhere online. And like always I almost bet MS doesnt even read 5% of them, because after this blows over. These threads die like always, then everyone will get back to
    gaming, and nothing whatsoever will have changed, until the next outage occurs... probably the first week of August at the rate this has been going XD
