    Sorry to hear it. However, it is against the terms of use of the forums to name and shame other players. If someone is harassing you on Live then please report them by going to their bio and selecting File Complaint and following the instructions provided.
    That report will be sent to the PET to investigate and take any necessary action on.

    After that you can block them so they cannot contact you again.
