There's something wrong with my horizon 3. I need your help

Every time you play, the time is about 1 hours or so, the game is stuck, the contents of the screen will not move, stay there, and then pause for about 10 seconds to quit the game! Back to the computer desktop! This brings me a lot of trouble during the
game experience! Hope to get your help!

Errors everywhere :c

Hi, I've got a problem, when I try to redeem my code for 3m gold (original from box) there's an error that tells me that something is wrong (there's no error code :< ), and when I try to buy Forza Horizon 3 Expansions Pass (it's in dwg, and I've got gold)
there's the same error. I've bought today FH3 Ultimate Edition, and it worked, but it's not linked with gold, so I think that there's a problem with my gold ;/ (ah, I forgot... When I try to turn on auto renew on gold... guess what, THERE IS ANOTHER ERROR,
and any of them had error codes :c

Yesterday i turned off My Xbox to go and do something for about 40 minutes and when i come back My forza horizon 3 campaign and all My cars were gone i need help please i had so much and it just dissapered
