theres no way to contact xbox? the call back service doesnt work?

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

Theres no way to do that. Phone calls error out and live chat doesnt work

Erm. This is tricky. See, you bought microsoft's content on a 2nd/3rd party service , so , you can TRY calling support, but if that doesnt work, you need some way to contact amazon.

Theres no way to purchase 1 copy of DLC and let all your clan buddies download your account to their Xboxes, so you all get it for free. That doesnt work.
