There's enough space on top and below to make room for a 5th tile in the menu

Hi Sh1nj1ru, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps by don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Make sure that you have the needed room for the update since it's a 20G it might not have enough space for the update. If it has enough space clear the cache on your xbox, log out, then restart your xbox.

Go to your menu top left of game click game options and turn off the large tiles. There are two sets of tiles for each theme, when the large tiles selection is on that's when you get the numbered tiles off are the original tiles.

Make sure there is enough room on the console to install the game. Consoles have less storage than a PC so some care to check the free space is important.
