There’s enforcement on my account when I haven’t done anything

Okay I woke up this morning and it said that there was an enforcement fine to me account. Saying that I have posted a Hatred comment to some one post. Now here a very interesting thing. I have not comment on anyone game clip, screen shot, or achievement.
And i’m Also confused on what the comment is. Because the enforcement team won’t tell jack, on the comment that I apparently posted. And the best party of all of thins is. I am almost 100% certain that I have not commented on anyone’s game clip screenshot
or achievement they posted. Really need some help here because I don’t know how to get in contact with enforcement. To sort all of this out.

My brother got my communications banned and there’s messages but he deleted the message that had the word that got me banned on it so he wouldn’t get in trouble I have never said anything bad to another player I want this repealed please I haven’t done anything
wrong ever please look over this

I can’t send messages on Xbox

hey Everyone,

I just got an Xbox and now when I try to message my friend or even anyone there’s a message saying you can’t send messages in your Xbox account and it brings me to the fix messaging link and I tried everything it told me to.

I haven’t done anything that could get me banned all I did was play Fortnite and I didn’t use the chat in that

Hi there,

Investigations take time and the enforcement team will not share the results of an investigation with a user that submits a report.

If you feel your suspension is in error, you can submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com as the enforcement team does not use the forums and they are the only ones who can respond
to any specific enforcement actions.

Keep in mind that Sony/Nintendo etc has similar rules to follow also.

No I haven’t done anything I just play video games on my account it makes no sense that I am getting this notification

does not matter if your friends did it or not, you are responsible for anything that happens on your account and should have secured it.
