    I'm multiple times contact to Microsoft Rewards Support team but unfortunately he is not fix my account problem.

    We've looked into the circumstances that resulted in cancellation of your orders. Your order was declined because your activities abused the terms of the Microsoft Service Agreement by earning points in multiple markets. We made the decision to do so after careful consideration and upon further investigation stand by that decision. We understand that this is not the ideal solution, and we apologize that we are not able to resolve this issue as you would like, however the decision is final, and we will be unable to provide further assistance regarding this account or the transaction.

    I'm so sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft Rewards. I know how frustrating this and I would totally feel the same way if I were in your shoes. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    Based on the message you received from Microsoft Rewards Team, it seems your rewards account has been banned.

    There are a couple of possible reasons why our rewards account is being suspended.

    Your account has been detected as violating the Rewards terms of service.

    a. Using a third-party application like a VPN to access different reward markets.

    b. Using multiple accounts when using the program on the same device.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to reverse the decision since on your description you have already appealed to them, and they have mentioned that they stand by their decision.

    Just a gentle reminder that we are only Xbox gamers just like you here in this community forum. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System.

    Rewards support doesn't use phone or chat. You have to email them (there's a contact link at the bottom of the rewards site)

    Just to confirm, is this the Microsoft rewards you are having problem redeeming? I suggest to try using a different device or browser to try redeeming your reward points.

    But if there are still problems showing error on your account, I highly suggest to submit a report to the Microsoft rewards team at https://rewards.bing.com/support

    You will receive an email update from them about the status of your report. It might take few days based on experience of other users reporting via rewards support but rest assured they are handling each cases accordingly.
