    I am receiving the above message when trying to login. Happens with my laptop, Xbox and on my phone as well. Need assistance, as it is stopping me from having a date night with my wife. Need my Amazon Prime on my Xbox.

    I have tried recovering my account, etc.

    There are currently sign in issues affecting some regions, particularly in the Middle East. it's being investigated and I've been told that it may take up to 72 hours for the problem to be located and potentially fixed.
