    Hello,

    Now before i begin, i want to first off say: Yes, I have reset my Xbox to factory settings, reset it normally, I have cleared local 360 saved games and local xbox one saved games. Yes, it works for all of one-two days. So do NOT insult me, by suggesting
    these because it is not a true fix if I have to repeatedly do it.

    I have no idea what else to do since Ive tried the normal troubleshoot methods, it seems after a day or two, im back to having to reset my Xbox again in order to play my games which, quite honestly is a pain and absurd.

    I've hard reset, deleted console saves and even done a soft factory reset of the console and the same message still pops up (it's not just for one game).

    At this point I can only really see the answer as being contacting Amazon and requesting a new console. It's nice that my £450 new console is buggered already.

    Have you tried turning off the "Instant On" Setting on your xbox and powering off your device?

    Sounds like at some point you lost power or maybe the game corrupted.

    You may want to attempt to re-installing the game fully.
