    There's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in.


    I had an offline profile on Xbox 360 that was a high level on halo:reach which i wanted to play on xbox one, but i needed an online account so i signed in and pressed "join Xbox live". Then i put in my name, my email and my email password (which i had just
    created for this account) and after pressing done it says the there is somthing wrong with the credentials and don't ask if i made sure it was the correct email and password.

    Sorry, There's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in.

    Resolved: I was able to contact support and I found out the reason I wasn't able to login / download my profile was because my password had too many characters. the Limit for the 360 is currently 16 characters. Just in case anybody has this issue in the
    future.

    Sorry, There's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in.

    This message keeps coming up when I'm trying to sign into my account. It tells me to go to
    https://account.live.com to fix the problem. But I have no luck going there. I'm able to log in online on my PC, and my Xbox One is able to connect with no issue.

    I tried clearing my cache as well as deleting my profile and trying to download the profile onto my 360, but that doesn't work either.
