Theres a problem with the birth date on your Microsoft account.

Just updated the xbone, tried to sign in with my account, had to accept the new terms stuff. Then however I get this message saying: 'There's a problem with the birth date on your Microsoft account. To fix it, sign in to account.live.com, then choose edit
personal info.'

So firstly there was nothing wrong or changed with my info, contacted supoort and was told I just needed to re-enter my info. I did that and im still getting the same error.

Is anyone else getting this problem/know a solution around it?

The date of birth on your Xbox Live account reflects the date that was originally set, and cannot be changed. While you can change your Microsoft Account's date of birth, it will not change your Xbox Live account's date of birth.

Changing the date of birth on your Microsoft account wont affect your xbox accounts date of birth. The date of birth originally chosen when you created the Xbox Live account is set in stone and cannot be changed.

I changed Microsoft account assosiated with my gamertag and this problem popped up.

Solution was to remove my account from xbox one and dowload it back from xbox live.
