If you are not participating in the Xbox Insider Program then please try the following steps:

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that doesn't help run a network test on the console to see if there are any network related issues on the console

If all is good and still experiencing the same try:

- Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

- Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
