There's a new "glitch" allowing users to get live for free

I know I might seem like a cry baby, and I know, everyone deserves to play xbox live however I do not think it's right paying for xbox live when there are people out there getting it for free by glitching the system itself... here's a link to the video explaining
how to do it.

I for one do not commend anyone doing this, nor do I feel like you should. I not only hope to see a fix for this but everyone who is found doing this to lose their xbox live abilities for their account.

Just doing my part by reporting a horrid exploit.

??? so do 360/pc users. Back to karkand was free to all people who bought it new. Yes the ps3 users do get it one week early but that is all it is not exclusive free content for PS3 users.

We ps3 users do get battlefield 1943 free though, but i already own it on both systems so no biggie for me. They also get Saints row 2 free with redeeming the online pass for Saints row the third.. but again no biggie for me as i already own it for my 360.

I don't know how many times i've said this on multiple threads too... Sony earns more the +20 Billion Dollars a year more than Microsoft & Sony can afford to give a crap service for Free, that always gets hacked & was shutdown for months, to try and find
out where the hackers got in & stole personal information etc.. Xbox Live has constantly run 24/7, without any service disruptions.. Take your pick... I choose Microsoft...

Really? And Windows Live is 100% free. Now on Xbox Live I use the exact same passport to login. How is it that Windows Live users get the exact same security as Xbox Live users yet Xbox Live users have to pay 60.00 a year. Now if you tell me that Windows
Live is less secure than I guess most of us are doomed since we signed up for Xbox Live using a Microsoft .net passport.

No one is hacking anything, and it's not a a glitch. It's a phishing scam, plain and simple.

Hey there Dog! The video is suggesting that you send your WLID and password to someone via email, something that we will never ask you to do, and can only lead to your account being compromised. I highly recommend reporting this video on YouTube for scamming,

[/quote] There is no glitch. This email in the video isn't even a valid Xbox one. Emails the end with @Live.com are for customers to use. Who ever was behind the video simply created an email address that fools anyone foolish enough to fall for this scam into
thinking its an official MS one. It isn't, the script is fake. All they are after is your Live ID and password. They will then steal your account.
