No one from the enforcement team monitors these forums. When running into abuse on xbox live, the best thing to do is to can report the abuse and then mute/block the person, here is a page on how to do report Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

the warning is the code of conduct that you read and agreed to before using Live. in the past they gave free tags if they violated the rules (you could not sign in until you changed the tag). Too many people abused that by creating tags just as bad or
worse so they removed the free one and gave forced renames with the option to get a better one for a fee. so blame those who abused the free change after a report.

I would hope that it notices different situations in the game such as protecting yourself from a bounty hunter.

Or it is maybe just ALOT of killing will get you the "bad sport" tag.

So Say if you stay in a room and try and kill every body that is trying to collect the bounty it would finally label said player with bounty a bad sport.

If the player with the bounty is immune to getting labeled with the "badsport" tag I think that would then get abused severely with no punishment.

I know... I read that post, and Creator mode is NOT modding/cheating. Use mods etc to get God Mode, X amount of Cash, unlimited ammo etc (which I have seen happen in GTAO)... those are cheating and the person using them should be removed to the bad sports
server and at least a report against them for cheating
