    There was an error creating your game session. Please try again. Your network is good, but ...


    Trying to play ultimate team tournament then 'There was an error creating your game session. Please try again.' appears, I contacted EA and they made me run tests, power cycle etc, then they said that there was an issue with xbox not them.

    I tested my network connection and it says, 'Your network is good, but Xbox live is not. Sorry, there was a problem on our side. We are working on it. Online features will come back in a while.'

    I have reset my router as well to no avail.

    Please help..

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues! If you're still experiencing the issue, try doing a power cycle. To do that, follow these steps:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • When the console is powered off, unplug the power cable from the unit and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug in and power on the Xbox One console.
    • Run the network connection test again.
    Follow those steps and let us know how it goes so we can make sure this issue gets sorted for you! There was an error creating your game session. Please try again. Your network is good, but ... :)

    Sorry to hear it. This is an error with joining the groups in the game. Please create or sign in with a different gamertag and launch the game. Then load in your character. After that leave the group and you should be good to go again

    Multiplayer Sessions

    Hello Pure,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with multiplayer. Have you checked the network on the Xbox to make sure it is all good? Run a network connection and multiplayer test and see if both say its all good. Also, what is your NAT type when you are trying to access
    these sessions? You can reboot your network hardware by unplugging the router and modem, and waiting 5 minutes before plugging it back in. Once all the lights on the router and modem have returned to normal, we recommend connecting the console to the outlet and
    trying the game again.

    Just putting it out there

    TIP: If you try to join a Heist and you see:

    1) "Gathering GTA Online Sessions Details..."

    2) "Unable to Connect to Session"

    3) There was an error...Please try again later. Accessing GTA: O session..."

    "Dashboard it" and then access GTA: V again. This will stop the problems until the next *** up!

    Thanks I was able to create the profile however connecting to xbox live still gives error
