    Yo wassup im from Ukrain,want to change region from russia to Ukraine on xbox live com, but cant find it on a country list...it was there earlier. now its gone. i assume it has smth to do with this problem..can u share some info? thx in advance

    There's a big tread going on on this error for your region in Russian (not my language). You may find there most of the updates about it.

    Hello! for problems with account loggin, internet and also Xbox Live access... (Console Power cycle)

    We recommend to perform a power cycle on your console, here in the following link are the steps...

    Reinicio o reinicio avanzado de la consola Xbox One

    If this is too many steps for you, just do what i do, turn it off and unplug the AC cable for 30 seconds and plug it in again, this will do the same effect than power cycle...
