    ok so I have a xbox one x it keeps saying i have this 611mb console update but only reaches 15% then says there is a problem with your update literally tried everything to get it to work again i factory reseted twice restarted my modem and router twice everything you can think of I did and probably twice im doing a offline update with a USB as we speak someone please help me before I throw this thing in the trash

    I fixed it with a cellular Hotspot have great internet and no idea how it worked so if anyone reads this don't factory reset or do a offline update it doesn't work if your experiencing the same issue as me hook it up to your cellular Hotspot and power cycle and restart the update and it will work

    Went through heck trying to get one and it doesn't work. I'm done MS. I'm tired of this crappy system, poor coding, and even worse hardware.

    I purchased the original Xbox the day it came out, I was one of the first on Xbox Live and I even got a 360 on release day. After going through multiple 360's (due to poor design) I snatched up a new XB1.

    After all these years, I'm going to Best Buy tomorrow for a PS4. I will never buy another Xbox product again.
