There was a problem with your group. Try later. [0x801900CC]

This is the mistake that I often appears while they are in groups (either alone or with friends).

From about 5 days I have a fiber optic connection and I'm getting these problems.

The connection works fine, I have no disconnections, the only problem is that I get thrown out by groups without realizing it but continuing to play quietly in any game. I even tried resetting my Xbox to the factory defaults. You may depend on what?

    I wired connection

    Nat Open

    On upnp

    Open the following ports:

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

I called my internet manager, they said the internet works perfectly and there are no problems. What can I do? I am going crazy!

    :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.

That error code is usually referring to logging into XBox Live or recovering an account. Because you did't specify, I will assume that you are trying to log into XBox Live. It's possible that your profile has been corrupted.

First off, DON'T DELETE YOUR PROFILE!

When offline, plug in a flash drive and set it up for use with the XBox. Move your profile onto it, and then sign out if you got signed in at all.

Now try to recover your account through XBox Live. If you get the same error, it's possible that your account has been locked out for some reason, and you will need to call XBox support again to verify if it is or not.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.

It's been telling me "please try again later code: 80151103" for two days now. When I call support they tell me to give it a day or two, so I was thinking maybe someone else from Xbox would have a more constructive idea then hope for the best.

If you are having troubles joining party chats on your Xbox One console, it may indicate that there's a problem with the Xbox Live service or your network connection.

To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps on the solutions below:

    Solution 1:
Check Xbox Live status on this link.
If you see any alerts, wait until the service is up and running, and then try again.

Solution 2: Check the network statistics.

Check the statistics for your network. Here's how:

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Detailed network statistics.
    7. Review the statistics. For help evaluating the information, see Network settings on Xbox One.

Solution 3: Have everyone in the party test their Xbox Live connection.

Someone in your party might have a Network Address Translation (NAT) problem. To find out, have everyone test their connection. Here's how:

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Test network connection.

    Notes

Solution 4: Restart your Xbox One console.

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Restart console.
    4. Select Yes to confirm.

Note If you're unable to access the guide, or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox
button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.

Solution 5: Try a wired connection.

If you're currently using a wireless connection, try using a wired connection instead.

If you can start party chat when you use a wired connection, see the

    Networking Hardware Information
    section of the

Xbox Forums, or contact your router's manufacturer for information about how to configure the wireless settings on the router.
